We study the proportions of your home, natural light, circulation routes, storage requirements and lifestyle before creating a design unique to your space. Once approved, the entire kitchen is manufactured and installed as a complete 12 North package, ensuring every material, finish and detail works together as one seamless environment. Cabinetry The cabinetry is manufactured using moisture-resistant furniture-grade board with precision-engineered soft-close mechanisms throughout. Doors are finished in an ultra-matt lacquered surface, chosen for its durability, fingerprint resistance and soft tactile feel. The handleless design creates uninterrupted architectural lines, allowing the kitchen to feel calm, clean and timeless. Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry maximises storage while concealing appliances and everyday clutter behind seamless surfaces. Natural Wood Elements Where warmth is required, we introduce natural oak veneers and solid oak detailing. The timber is carefully selected for its subtle grain structure and warm tone, bringing softness and character to the darker architectural finishes. Open shelving, feature panels and bespoke furniture elements can be incorporated throughout the design to create balance and visual warmth. Countertops & Island The centrepiece of the kitchen is a sculptural waterfall island finished in premium quartz. Quartz provides the beauty of natural stone while offering exceptional durability, stain resistance and minimal maintenance requirements. Available in a range of marble-inspired and stone-inspired finishes, the surfaces feature soft movement and natural veining without the maintenance associated with natural marble. Thicknesses are typically specified between 20mm and 40mm depending on the design intent. Walls & Architectural Finishes The walls are finished in a specialist decorative mineral plaster inspired by traditional Venetian plaster and contemporary microcement finishes. Applied by trained craftsmen, the finish introduces depth, texture and movement while maintaining a seamless appearance. Unlike standard painted plasterboard, these specialist finishes create subtle variations in tone that respond beautifully to natural and artificial light throughout the day. Available in a range of stone, taupe, clay, limestone and warm neutral tones.
